New Owners

We are The Pooler’s: Eric, Sara, and our 2 son’s, Brody and Vander.  Our family of four recently moved home to upstate NY after living in Colorado for the past 11 years. 

We were both raised in upstate NY, where we went to high school together, but fell in love 5 years after graduating college.  Shortly after reconnecting, we packed up two small cars and moved to Colorado, and worked to play.  We love rock climbing, backpacking, skiing and especially CAMPING.  All things outdoors!

Both of us have had very successful careers in medical device sales and Real estate investments in Colorado and Utah.  Our dream to own a campground finally came to fruition in 2020, when we fell in love with the Schroon River and Riverside Pines.

This new adventure has brought us home: to be near family, and to explore the Adirondacks with our boys’ just like we each did as kids.
